As of July 11, Heat Matrix is officially part of Bos Nieuwerkerk. This acquisition marks an important step towards further sustainability in the industrial sector. “We want to play a bigger role in the energy transition,” says Martine Goedegebuure, Managing Director of Bos Nieuwerkerk. “By joining forces with Heat Matrix, we can support our clients even better in recovering heat from flue and process gases.”
A powerful combination of expertise
Since 2008, Heat Matrix has specialised in flue gas heat recovery, helping countless industrial companies drastically reduce their energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. With nearly 50 years of experience in flue and process gas systems, Bos Nieuwerkerk has built a strong reputation as a turnkey specialist. The collaboration between the two companies was already intensive and is now being further strengthened through this strategic acquisition.
“For our clients, this means an even more comprehensive approach,” says Goedegebuure. “We’re integrating heat recovery as a standard part of our portfolio. In a time of rising energy prices and tightening sustainability goals, that’s a valuable addition.”
